This is a great little app that does just whT its supposed to, flip a coin. It also has two other "game" type things, but if you just want an app that will flip a coin for you, this will work just fine. It even keeps track of the percent landed heads or tails so that you can easilly see that its a very balanced app.
Mabe if you update the app every month with updates and four new coins, and hey, add a new game or two while your at it!!!

I saw there was a comment on the toss going to the same spot, its true it does if you lay your iPad flat but you need to stand it up and move it side to side to adjust . I played all games on iPad and iPhone they work fine as designed. Jim g Conway sc
Love playing shove penny. The resolution is great and the game is very addictive.
Its ok I dont use it frequently but I dont think its totally random.
Some bad moments
Looks absolutely atrocious. The coin spinning animation is horrific, and the menu is messed up something fierce. There are countless coin apps out there that are far superior to this one. A feeble attempt at something that has already been perfected.
Not even worth the memory it used up on a 32 gig touch.
I downloaded this months ago as one of those harmless "brain candy" apps; I would use it anytime I needed to flip a coin instead of doing the real thing, usually to the amusement of those around me. (Id usually smile and remind them of the catchphrase, "Yep - theres an app for that!")
Then, a couple weeks ago, the developers began this asinine contest where I have the chance - the *chance*, mind you - of winning TWENTY WHOLE DOLLARS! And what do I have to do to earn the *possibility* of winning 20 bucks? I have to flip the virtual coin TWO THOUSAND TIMES! None of this would bother me, except that two or three times each day the app would make the "new message" alert sound and a pop-up would show up to to remind me to enter the contest. The app doesnt offer any way to turn off these reminders, short of removing the app entirely.
So thats what I did.
I use this a few times a week. I was sad to see in the last update that the coin is no longer a British Pound. The pound was easier to distinguish heads/tails in a glance (due to the two tone tails side). Otherwise, does what it is intended to do.
It was a pretty cool and useful app, until they got rid of the regular coin toss feature which was the reason I got the app in the first place, so then I deleted it.
I got for basic heads and tails... Something this app made way too difficult to do. Keep It Simple, Stupid! Deleted.
Now that youve removed it we cannot be friends. Your 3D coin toss is a nuisance. Bring back the good ol days of just plain heads or tails.
